Job Description


  • To receive inbound calls and counseling engineer aspirants.
  • To do outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams.
  • To counsel prospective students on telephone/IVRs/Online.
  • To escalate the prospects/queries, if required on time.
  • To manage front office desk by resolving student’s face to face queries, if required.
  • To participate in organizational public relations, promotional events indoor/outdoor at the time of organizational need.


  • Command on verbal/Written English communication skills
  • Telephone handling skills – Voice/Tone/Pitch/Timely Information
  • Pursuasive skills, Multitasker.
  • Adaptable, flexible and fast learner.
  • Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate



  • 0 - 3 years of experience in Tele-Counselling
  • Preference to experience in IT & Education (EdTech) industry
